In Nebraska, pull tabs are called pickle cards. The state-licensed spots above are on the Department of Revenue's list of licensed pickle card operators for 2025 to 2027: mostly bars and taverns licensed to sell pickle cards for a nonprofit. The others come from public mentions (reviews, a pull-tab distributor naming the bar, or the bar's own posts) plus anything players add in the app. If one is wrong or yours is missing, the app is where it gets fixed.
